
The Online Ranking is where you can:
- Record your times for pre-set distances on the Vasa Ergometer.
- Compare your times with athletes from around the world.
- Get motivated by great competition and try to set a new PR.
- Challenge your friends and teammates to an event and see who has the fastest time.
The Personal Logbook is where you can:
- Enter and keep track of all your workouts online (Vasa Ergometer Swim, Vasa DryTri, and many other activities).
- See a list of your personal world ranking entries.
- See daily, weekly and monthly summaries of your workouts.
- Share your logbook with friends, coaches and training partners.
See how your times compare against all other athletes from around the world.
Vasa Swim Ergometer distances are:
- 100 meter swim
- 400 meter swim
- 1000 meter swim
- 1500 meter swim
Vasa DryTri distances are:
- Sprint (150m swim, 4K bike, 1k run)
- Olympic (300m swim, 8K bike, 2k run)
- Half IM (380m swim, 18K bike, 4.2k run)
- Full IM (760m swim, 36K bike, 8.4k run)
Note: DryTri consists of Vasa Ergometer SWIM, indoor bike RIDE, and treadmill or indoor track RUN.
To submit a SWIM or DRYTRI for the World Ranking, you must:
- Register
- Click on 'my logbook'
- Choose your activity:
('Swim-Vasa Erg Swim Bench' or 'Triathlon-Vasa Erg DryTri') - Enter your time (H/M/S format) and meters (watts and comments are optional)
- View results by clicking on 'rankings'
