How to embed custom rankings into a web site. Create a profile (if you haven't already) and then log onto logsitall. Click on the standings page and then pull up the fran ranking by: 1. select 'crossfit named' as your activity 2. select 'fran' from the drop down menu for crossfit named in the table and then click "lowest is best" under the "total time" measure. This sets up the fran ranking (where fastest times are best). If you want to rank only 'as rxd' then select rx'd only under the "As rx" measure. 3. click 'continue' 4. on the next page you'll have the option to set up the ranking to be either men or women, or by age group. if you want the entire fran ranking, then you don't have to do anything. 5. look for the link titled 'share this ranking'. when you click this link, you'll see a box appear right below the link that has the HTML code that you need to put this ranking right into your website. copy and paste the entire code in the box into your site - and you should be all set. 6. you can modify the size of the window that shows the fran ranking on your site by changing the width and height - try making WIDTH=500 and HEIGHT=400 for instance If you get stuck, or it looks bad, email me the link that has it showing up and i'll take a look. If you want to get fancy like crossfit old town and filter the standings to show only your members, or you want to have custom workouts (non standard CF) i can help you set this up too. Let me know how you make out! here is the cool part... if you add after the last & in the URL this secret code gym=diablo then your ranking will show best cindy reps for only people who have typed in something with the word diablo into their 'gym affiliation' field in their profile - giving you a way to show your own guy's best cindy reps (or any standing). other tips: adding title=Good%20Report%20Title will replace the default title at the top of the report with your own. Use %20 to write out spaces adding table_only=true will write out a very bare bones table (advanced) sounds a bit complex, not simple now that i read it, but let me know if you want to give it a go. i can talk you through it via phone too if you want. email me back the link of your new page when you are done - and you will be a true web master! -bill
