there is a powerful subscriber function that allows you to compare any number of workouts. After you have logged your cf daily workout - on the detail view page there is a report generator field. Most users enter "fran" to view a chart of all their fran workouts but there is a secret function that lets you put in something like this:

100226 Friday|100206 Saturday

(the strange character that is separating these two values is called a "pipe" and is found on most keyboards to the right of the letter P and appears as | when you type it)

Putting this in allows you to create a chart showing your progress between these workouts - you can do this for any number so you could in theory go

100226 Friday|100206 Saturday|090226 Friday|080206 Saturday

to view your progress over a very long period of time.
